Order Status

Q. What's the status of my order?

A: Orders are processed in the order they are received.  Normal processing takes 1 business day. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my order?

 A: An order can be canceled or adjusted within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting our customer service department. After 30 minutes, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. If you want to change or add to your order, please place a separate order for any item not in your original order. Any unwanted items can be returned. For product return instructions, please visit our "Return Policy". Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit for the product price and tax or processing fees less restocking fees will be issued to your account in approximately 1 to 3 weeks.
 

Sales, Coupons and Price Promotions

Q: How do I enter a promotion code for my order?

A: Promotion codes, if applicable, can be entered on the shopping bag page by clicking on the cart on the top right of any page after adding items to your cart. The promotion code field is below the item details before the subtotal in the right hand column.

Q: Why is my coupon code not working?

A: If your coupon does not seem to be working, please check the following:
  • Did you type in the coupon promotion code exactly as it appears? Be sure to remove any extra spaces before or after the promotion code.
  • Has the coupon expired? Or, is the coupon not yet active?
  • Are you trying to use the coupon on an item which is excluded from coupon use? To determine if you can use a code on the item you are purchasing please review the coupon exclusion, or review the product copy for an exclusion note. Please note that you can use only one coupon or promotion code per order on kutietuties.com.
  • Is the coupon valid for your shipping destination?

Q: Can I use more than one promotion code per order?

A: No. At this time you are able to use one coupon or promotion code per order on kutietuties.com.

Q: How do I redeem a coupon online?

A: On the shopping cart review page (click on "View Cart" at the upper right-hand corner of the page), there is a field near the center of the screen where your promotion code can be entered. You must click the "submit" button next to the field in order for the promotion code to apply to your order.

Q: Can I use my coupon code on any item?

A: There are items that are excluded from coupon use. To determine if you can use a code on the item you are purchasing please:
  • Review the coupon exclusion language carefully
  • Review the product copy for an exclusion note

Q: If I forget to enter a promo code can my order price be adjusted?

A: An promo code can be applied within 2 days of ordering, please contact us to discuss order options.

 

Shipping FAQs

 

Q: What types of shipping class services do you offer?

 

A: Kutietuties.com® uses a variety of carriers and methods to ship your order as efficiently as possible.

 

  • Standard shipping for orders with delivery addresses in the United States, APO/FPO, and US Territories are sent via Fedex,  Fedex 2 Day, and Priority Mail
  • For orders with delivery addresses international are sent via USPS and Fedex .
  • Express orders are delivered using Fedex.

 

Q: When do I have to place my order to qualify for Express?

 

A: You must place your order by 10:00am CST. If your order is placed after 10:00am CST, it will be processed on the following business day.  

 

Q: What does "Business Day" refer to for shipping delivery time estimates?

 

A: When estimating your order's arrival date, please do not include weekends and holidays.

 

 

Q: Do you ship to post office boxes?

 

A: Yes all orders can ship to P.O. boxes and will be delivered within the United States.

 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

 

A: In addition to shipping within the United States, its territories and possessions, kutietuties.com does ship internationally.

 

Q: Do you ship to military bases?

 

A: Yes. Please keep in mind that delivery to military addresses may take longer than the stated times.

 

 

Q: Can I send items to multiple addresses with the same order?

 

A: Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, please enter separate orders for each address.

 

 

Q: Why was an item on my order canceled and will I be charged?

 

A: While we do our best to fulfill all of our orders, occasionally we have to cancel an item on an order due to availability. You will receive a separate email letting you know about this cancellation and your credit card will be refunded. The release of an authorization may also appear as a refund on a credit card statement, or the authorization may be deleted from the account entirely. The void may take 7 business days (or longer, depending on your bank) to appear.

 

Q: Why did my order come in multiple boxes or from multiple carriers?

 

A: We may ship your order to you in multiple boxes or via multiple carriers due to:

 

  • The order size — large orders often are split into multiple boxes for more efficient delivery.
  • The item's size — some items required special handling and packaging and thus a separate box

We accept Paypal checkout and all major credit cards. We invite you to use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover/Novus card, Bill Me Later or your PayPal account for your online order. We chose PayPal because they are a 100% secure and easy way to checkout.
